 **Black law enforcement officers, including myself (a Most Likely to Succeed employee before I blew the whistle on racism in 1985 during my active U.S. Marshals Service career), ARE ALL COMPLICIT IN RACIAL PROFILING AND ITS DEVASTATING IMPACT AS COMPARED TO UNCLE TOM'S CABIN**
Black law enforcement officials watched, observed, discussed, and participated ON PURPOSE AND/OR by default and did not stop it. From the Nixon Administration through today, Black law Officers have played a pivotal role in constructing the world’s largest prison industrial complex, built on the foundation of unequal racial justice and racial profiling.

This racial injustice is perpetuated with the assistance of HIGHLY PAID Black judges, prosecutors, defense lawyers, prison officials, and police unions, all fully aware that the U.S. Criminal Justice System is proven racially RIGGED.
This racially unconstitutional collaboration is precisely why the Black U.S. Marshals Class Action lawsuit has persisted for over 30 years, NAMING (12) U.S. Department of Justice Attorney Generals. NOW TODAY, 13 Black Class Agents are poised to settle for pennies on the dollar and disenfranchise approximately 10,000 OTHER Black claimants instead of demanding meaningful monetary compensation and urgent systemic change to correct racism in the Lead law enforcement agency in the United States of America.
BUT, Matthew Fogg, the 1994 named complainant, will not SELL OUT!
Class Members are now calling on the public to support this class in DC Federal Court AND close this door on “Uncle Tom’s Cabin” once and for all.

TODAY, Structural Racism Still Dominates America's  United States Marshals Service Commissioned In 1789 As the First Premiere Federal Law Enforcement  Department Now Under The Supervision of The United States Department of Justice. TODAY, We Are Forever Reminded Of The 1857 Racially Bigoted U.S. Supreme Court Abomination In The Dread Scott Decision  That Initiated The American Civil War. This Decision Determined That Black Escaped Slaves Were The Property Of White Slave Owner's In America And Stated That Black Americans were;  "REGARDED AS BEINGS OF AN INFERIOR  ORDER" WITH "NO RIGHTS WHICH THE WHITE MAN WAS BOUND TO RESPECT."
