From the Nixon Administration through today, Black law Officers have played a pivotal role in constructing the world’s largest prison industrial complex, built on the foundation of unequal racial justice and racial profiling.

This racial injustice is perpetuated with the assistance of HIGHLY PAID Black judges, prosecutors, defense lawyers, prison officials, and police unions, all fully aware that the U.S. Criminal Justice System is proven racially RIGGED.
This racially unconstitutional collaboration is precisely why the Black U.S. Marshals Class Action lawsuit has persisted for over 30 years, NAMING (12) U.S. Department of Justice Attorney Generals. NOW TODAY, 13 Black Class Agents are poised to settle for pennies on the dollar and disenfranchise approximately 10,000 OTHER Black claimants instead of demanding meaningful monetary compensation and urgent systemic change to correct racism in the Lead law enforcement agency in the United States of America.

BLACK AND WHITE DEPUTY MARSHALS AND OTHER BRAVE SPECIAL AGENTS BLEW THE WHISTLE ON CAPITOL HILL BEFORE MEMBERS OF THE U.S. CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS (CBC). THEY FACED JOB RETALIATION THAT INCLUDED DEATH THREATS, BEING OSTRACIZED, and careers destroyed by law enforcement managers. most of their colleagues said they were brave for reporting racist colleagues.
