I am Matthew Fogg,
a retired Chief Deputy U.S. Marshal, a First Responder on 9/11 at Ground Zero in New York City, a highly decorated US Marshal/DEA Agent, and today, I'm on a 40-year journey to justice as a Whistleblower against racism in Federal law enforcement. This webpage is well documented with absolute FACTS.
— On March 19, 2024, I filed an unresolved race discrimination Class Action lawsuit in DC. U.S. District Court [Matthew Fogg et al. v. Merrick Garland] that proved "Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied" since 1994 at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), an administrative forum.
— I now need your financial help to challenge the well-documented racism of "Bigots With Badges" in the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) supervised by the U.S. Department of Justice (US/DOJ).
-- The U.S./DOJ motto is the "Justice Integrity Agency,” but this Black USMS Class Action proves the opposite of this DOJ motto. Only a few colleagues, White, Black, and others, were bold enough to challenge internal rank & file racism and its nexus to Racial Profiling in Black Communities nationwide.
— This Class Action involves retaliation against USMS Whistleblowers, which includes colleagues abandoning them on dangerous fugitive "Dragnet Stakeouts" in the line of duty and deadly reprisals for exposing job-related racism.
-- On May 13, 2024, the EEOC illegally maintained jurisdiction despite my 3-19-24 DC Federal Court filing [1:24-cv-00792] and issued an improper EEOC settlement that absolved the USMS of all wrongdoing. See "Relevant Files" below.
